Toddler Struggles To Swim In Pool But 6-Year-Old Twins Work In Tandem To Save Her

Amy and DJ thought it would be a normal family vacation when they took their 6-year-old twin boys to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Wanting to have some extra time to soak up the sunshine, they made the decision to arrive at the hotel one day early so that they could all hang out at the pool before going to the theme parks.

Peyton and Bryant are described by their mother to be little fish. She told WTOL that they learned how to swim when they were young, allowing them to feel comfortable in the water. Amy would have never imagined that their swimming skills would one day save another life but that is exactly what happened.

The twin boys were playing in the hotel pool just as a 3-year-old girl jumped into the deep end near where Peyton and Bryant were splashing around. The little girl’s mother was distracted as she was packing up the swim toys and did not notice that her daughter had escaped to the pool.

The twins noticed that the girl jumped into the pool and immediately began struggling to keep her head above the water. The boys told WTOL that she quickly sank like a stone to the bottom of the pool. Without even stopping to think about it, the boys worked together to bring the little girl back up to the surface of the pool. This dynamic duo did just what they needed to do to save the girl’s life.
