For new parents, introducing their kid to family members is a significant occasion. But it’s safe to assume that grandparents are always the most excited of all the anxious faces and outstretched hands ready to see your child.
One New Zealand family decided to bring their 6-month-old twins to see their grandma despite the thousands of miles that separated them. They were so impatient, in fact, that they chose to take a 17-hour flight to St. Louis, Missouri, a few days early than Grandma anticipated, which resulted in the most heartfelt surprise.
